Meet Kike Aderibigbe

Kike Aderibigbe is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Certified Professional Counsellor (CPC), also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). Guided by her belief in meaningful change at every stage of life and her passion for mental health, she transitioned from the accounting profession to dedicate herself to supporting others on their life journey. She offers counselling rooted in care and compassion, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.

The name KADwell was chosen to reflect the heart of her approach to counselling. Within the name are the words “Ka,” “dwell,” and “well.” In the Yoruba language, “Ka” is an invitation to collaboration; “dwell” calls us to pause, slow down, and create space for reflection and healing; and “well” speaks to the well of inner strength we all carry. Together, “KADwell” captures the journey Kike hopes to share with every client: a journey of collaboration, reflection, discovery, and trust.

"We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated."
